Is Andare licensed and insured?
Yes. Andare Homes is a licensed and insured the GTA design-build company, and our team is WSIB covered.
What warranty comes with Andare's work?
Andare backs its renovations, additions and new builds with a 2-year workmanship warranty, supported by clear documentation and a structured handover on every project.
Does Tarion apply to my renovation?
No. Tarion is Ontario's new-home warranty program, so it applies to qualifying new construction, not to renovations or additions. Renovation work is covered by our 2-year workmanship warranty.
Is Andare Tarion registered for new homes?
Yes. On qualifying new homes, Andare is a Tarion-registered builder, so eligible new builds follow Ontario's new-home warranty framework where the project type and registration apply.
