Our in-house design team, permits, and build crew work under one roof, so design intent carries straight through to the finished space.
Quality materials and proven detailing chosen for how you live, finished to the Ontario Building Code and built to hold up for the long run.
The price we quote is the price you pay. We scope the work properly before we start, so there are no lowball bids that balloon into surprise change orders later.
Design, permits, and construction handled in accordance with Ontario requirements and your municipality.
Andare manages the kitchen as a coordinated construction project, not a cabinet swap. Scope can include layout changes, appliance planning, custom cabinetry, millwork, counters, backsplash, flooring, lighting, plumbing, electrical, ventilation coordination, drywall repair, trim, paint, and final finishing.
If the renovation opens walls or changes the room's footprint, the plan may also include structural review, beam coordination, permit requirements, and tie-ins to adjoining living or dining spaces.
A kitchen can look expensive and still function poorly. Andare starts with the working layout: circulation, island size, appliance placement, prep zones, storage, sightlines, seating, and how the kitchen connects to the rest of the main floor.
This is where Toronto homes need careful thinking. Older semis and detached homes often have narrow rooms, rear additions, uneven floors, or legacy mechanical routes. The right plan respects those constraints instead of forcing a showroom layout into the wrong house.
If the project needs structural input, permit drawings, or engineered support for an opened wall, Andare coordinates that work with the right professionals before the build schedule is locked.
For kitchens, Andare's design team narrows the choices that usually overwhelm clients: cabinet profile, hardware, counter material, backsplash, faucet, lighting temperature, floor transitions, appliance panels, and how warm or modern the finished room should feel.
The goal is not to push a trend. It is to make each choice support the architecture of the home, the family's routines, and the level of finish expected in a well-built Toronto renovation.
Kitchens fail when trades work in isolation. Cabinetry depends on square walls, plumbing and electrical rough-ins need to land cleanly, counters need accurate templates, and lighting must be planned before the ceiling is closed.
Andare coordinates the sequencing so the finished details have somewhere to land: consistent reveals, aligned fixtures, clean tile transitions, flush panels, and cabinetry that looks designed for the room.
Recently had kitchen renovations done, they were very timely and professional, and had great hospitality towards us. Would recommend.
This company provided great support and made my kitchen look absolutely amazing!
The design team somehow translated my vague ideas of "big kitchen, cool bathroom" into a masterpiece.
Bowmanville has older downtown homes, family subdivisions, rural-edge properties, lake-area housing, and newer growth tied to Clarington. Common work includes kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, garages, legal-suite review, exterior updates, structural changes, and outdoor living.
Bowmanville projects need Clarington and Durham Region review. Toronto rules do not apply. Zoning, parking, grading, servicing, conservation, fire separation, tree impacts, and building permits can affect additions, suites, custom homes, and major renovations.
Bowmanville work often blends older small-town housing with newer commuter growth. The plan may need to solve lower-level use, family entries, garage storage, outdoor space, and older-home structure in one coordinated scope.
Andare's design team can help Bowmanville owners decide what should be opened, added, repaired, or rebuilt before drawings and trade sequencing are treated as final.
Andare supports homeowners near downtown Bowmanville, Port Darlington, Liberty Street, north Bowmanville, newer Clarington subdivisions, and surrounding rural-residential roads. Andare keeps kitchen renovations tied to the home in front of us, not a generic city-wide template.
