The scope can include excavation, slab or foundation, framing, roof structure, exterior tie-ins, overhead door, man door, windows, electrical, lighting, insulation, interior access, storage, driveway coordination, permits, and inspections.
Attached garages need careful connection to the existing home. Wall openings, fire separation, roof valleys, drainage, exterior matching, and interior access all affect the finished result.
Andare plans the addition around parking, tools, bikes, garbage storage, winter gear, charging needs, workshop space, and the way the family enters the home from the garage.
Toronto and GTA projects may also need to address narrow lots, setbacks, older masonry, driveway width, grading, and neighbouring property lines.
Garage additions normally require permit review. Andare coordinates the required drawings, structural input, services, and inspection pathway while managing trades through the build.
