Andare did an amazing job renovating my house, they turned an old and boring basement into a modern and exciting place. Their attention to detail was astounding and I couldn't be happier with the results.
Andare took our outdated house and turned it into a modern, functional space. The new addition blends seamlessly with the existing structure.
The attention to detail is incredible. The Andare team has just finished building my home and I'm absolutely blown away. I've been living in here for just under a month now and I still haven't found a single flaw, you can really see their experience and craftsmanship in every part of the home.

Our in-house design team, permits, and build crew work under one roof, so design intent carries straight through to the finished space.
Quality materials and proven detailing chosen for how you live, finished to the Ontario Building Code and built to hold up for the long run.
The price we quote is the price you pay. We scope the work properly before we start, so there are no lowball bids that balloon into surprise change orders later.
Design, permits, and construction handled in accordance with Ontario requirements and your municipality.
The scope can include a separate entrance, kitchenette or full kitchen, bathroom, living/sleeping area, laundry, storage, fire and sound separation, HVAC planning, plumbing, electrical, egress, permit drawings, inspections, and finish work.
An ADU succeeds when the tenant or family member can live independently without making the main home awkward. Entry, noise, services, and maintenance access all matter.
Inside the same design-build team, layout and finish choices are made around long-term durability, daily privacy, storage, light, cleaning, suite identity, and how the owner will manage the space.
In Toronto and GTA homes, ADU feasibility can depend on side-yard width, garage structure, ceiling height, existing services, parking, and municipal rules.
ADUs need a careful approval path. Andare coordinates required drawings, engineering when needed, permit documents, inspections, and the construction sequence for services, separation, and finishes.
The renovation and addition gave us the space we always wanted!
Andare completely revamped our home, inside and out. It feels brand new, and the extra space makes a huge difference.
They kept me informed throughout the entire process and delivered high-quality results on time.
Nobleton has a mix of older village properties, newer detached subdivisions, larger lots, and rural-edge homes tied to King Township's landscape. Work often centres on family kitchens, finished basements, additions, garages, outdoor living, custom homes, and improvements that need to respect lot grading and mature streets.
Nobleton projects follow King Township and York Region review. Toronto suite, multiplex, and garden-suite wording should not be copied here. Zoning, septic or servicing, grading, conservation, driveway access, tree impacts, and building permits need local review.
Nobleton projects often sit between village living and countryside conditions. The plan has to account for site access, open lots, drainage, exterior materials, and how new work ties into homes that may have been built in very different eras.
Before trades are scheduled, Andare's designers can turn Nobleton goals into a buildable direction: rooms that connect properly, finishes that suit the house, and consultant questions handled before they slow the project.
Andare works around Nobleton's village core, newer subdivision streets, Highway 27 corridors, and nearby rural-edge roads where homeowners need a practical plan for additions, renovations, or custom building. Andare keeps accessory dwelling units tied to the home in front of us, not a generic city-wide template.
